Good for (almost) everyone
KathleenMarch 16, 2017
D3 helps with a lot of stuff, my mom recommended I try it because she thought it helped with her hair and nails. I started taking it for that, then decided to do some research and found out it (possibly - some aren't proven) supports bone/tooth health (density), alleviates allergies, boosts immune system, promotes healthy gums, muscles, and eyes. It also aids in preventing and alleviating symptoms of memory loss, asthma, obesity and diarrhea. It can promote better sleep as well. Now, even though vitamins are just vitamins they're still medication and can interact badly with other medicines. Some also have side effects and can cause allergic reactions in some people so look that up before you get it unlike me haha. But I'm pretty sure D3 is (compared to other medications and even vitamins) relatively harmless and ok for daily use. The brand doesn't really matter, I've gotten Nutrigold, nature made, and Spring Valley and they all contain the same ingredients. But I've been taking it a couple years now and while its hard to see any immediate or noticeable effects with vitamins (if you can see obvious signs then you're doing it wrong), I think it helps.
Good product

I take these every single day. I take one small pill in the evening. I have been taking it for over a month now. I think my skin may have gotten a bit softer. Overall I think it's a great product and will buy again in the future. The pills are very easy to take, they are super tiny. They do not have a smell so they are easy to take for those who don't like taking pills.
Pure vitamin D, good for those of us with food allergies, contains olive oil, no soy
BookwyrmJanuary 17, 2017
High-quality vitamin D that's very pure. No soy or other basic allergens, which is harder to find than you would think, as so many contain tocopherols which are almost always soy.) We've got severe food allergies in our family and have been using this brand of Vitamin D for several years now without problems.

Edit: We changed my daughter to Carlson Labs Vitamin D3 5000 IU Soft Gels, 360 Count after the olive oil in this vitamin D started bothering her. The Carlson Labs Vitamin D contains sunflower oil, so try it if you cannot have olive oil. The Carlson doesn't contain soy either.
So far so good

So far the Vitamin seems to be working great as I do not feel pain in my legs due to vitamin D3 deficiency. I did blood analysis 6 months ago and vitamin D3 was as low as 19. I was prescribed a megadose of D3 for about 2 months. The test results two months later were much more better but my doctor told me to continue on a lower dose of vitamin D3 from over the counter. I researched a lot before buying these. I actually consulted my doctor and I asked him about these; he recommended them in my next visit because he wasn't sure about these at the first time. I kept asking him about every important component that should be in these kinds of vitamins; being acquainted with some knowledge about the components and some other ingredient extracts, I insisted on my doctor to look it up. He did.

I actually bought it even before he recommended. I trusted my research because I only seek info from legitimate sources. I highly recommend it if you feel fatigue. I am always looking for trusted products.
Good D level at the docs

I love the size, ease of use, and nutritional content of these. They are so tiny you can almost take them without water. As a pill hater who gags on pills these are easy to take. I just had my vitamin d level checked in October and it was 43. Anything over 31 and under 100 is considered good. I never had it checked before starting these, but I worried it might be low since we live in NY and we get a lot of winter and not so much sun.
