I take it that "Extra Standard" means extra thin. The roll arrived dented on the end, so it was impossible to roll off any foil without it tearing. After using maybe 2 yards of it, I had to throw it out to same my sanity. USELESS!!!

This foil is a perfect thickness, the cutter is very sharp and the whole thing feels like it will hold up long enough for you to get to use all 500' of foil.

My only caution is that a box 18" wide is a lot harder to fit into cabinets than you might think. It's nice having foil this wide, but you really ought to think about where you'll put this before you buy.

Not what I was expecting and very over priced. One box had a smashed top which pierced into the roll and dented the tube so unrolling was extremely difficult and wasteful as it tears when rolling. Never again. Reynolds is far better and cheaper.

I purchased this product several weeks ago, and just got around to using it for the first time this past weekend. If I had known what poor quality it was I would have returned it immediately. I would not recommend this foil to anyone; it is without a doubt the thinnest foil I have ever purchased. The standard foil I have bought at Wal-Mart is thicker, as well as more durable.There is no way it is 16 microns thick, nor is it identified as such on the box. It tears more easily than the paper towels I use in the kitchen. I can only assume that the positive reviews were written by the people selling the product. Extremely disappointed.
