I ordered this for my crafts and art work, rather than for freezer use.
Its very heavy weight paper and quality is good . only complaint is that there are some wrinkles in the paper every now and then, that make it less ideal for crafts ... if that is your intended use.

I use this for my business as pattern cutting paper. It works better than the store bought brand - which is actually harder to find than it should be. And it is thicker! The roll was very heavy in the box and the box was slightly damaged, but overall the roll of paper was ok.
