I use this in my aroma rice cooker and follow the instructions that came with the cooker. Perfect rice every time. This rice makes a difference in the final product. I make a large batch of rice and stir fry it as left overs during the week. Family loves it

Great rice. It actually looks very high end. After I washed it quite a few times, my kids enjoyed it and I made it every day for The past five days. One thing I have to tell you, you have to wash it quite a lot to get the water to come clear. Other than that it's a perfectly great sushi quality rice. I don't think it looks very medium grain I think it's short grain
