Montblanc quality but bad shipping

I already tried this color and liked it. The color is great, fits the Montblanc Mozart fountain pen. Finished all cartridges at home and needed new ones. The package was a bit scratched and 2 ink cartridges damaged releasing ink. I needed them otherwise would has sent them back.

A bit upset when I opened this. I only got 2 refills instead of eight. The color is mystery black instead on midnight blue and the size cartridge is wrong so I can't even use them. I will definitely be asking for a refund.
