This is great, the water jets move it around the pool, so it is always moving!
We love this! I am so glad I ordered it

We love this! I am so glad I ordered it. We did put weights in it to keep it down.
Do it.

Love this!! Not only is it a great chlorine dispenser, it also keeps ducks out of the pool. We drilled two holes at the bottom on either side and added 4 tabs. Some people put rocks in the canister so it wouldn't tip over, but, like another reviewer said, the natural low chlorine indicator is nifty. If you asked me two months ago, I would've told you there's no way I'd be excitedly raving over a chlorine dispenser. But here I am!
Cute but beware of other reviews comparing it to something else.....

It is Very Cute and my family and kids love it. I did take the hints from other reviewers who had trouble with it tipping over and we kept it stocked with chlorine to give it weight to stay upright. BUT there is a review that mentions something about it looking like a hat and to not read them because that's all you'll see when you look at it and they were 100% right about that! To everyone but me it looks like a shark fin but to me it will always look like something else because of those reviews so don't read them if you can help yourself! Another tip if you have dogs, it looks like a toy and if they are anything like mine they will get it and chew on it. It took less than a week for our dog to get it and chew the tip of the fin off. It doesn't look bad from far away but I don't want water getting into it and will eventually order another one for next year when we open the pool. And the holes for the chlorine are NOT pre-drilled. You will have to do that and I recommend using an actual drill so that the holes are done correctly. There is a piece of paper inside when it's delivered that explains how to drill the holes and how many to drill out.

This thing is fantastic! You have absolute control over how much chlorine is dispenses with the old school hole-making method. It looks great (unless, as another viewer noted, someone in your world thinks it looks like a witch's hat, and then it is ruined for everyone.

It even has a 'low on tablets' indicator - it lays on it's side. Genius or happy accident - who cares?
