As advertised.
The cedar, components & milling ARE ALL VERY HIGH QUALITY.

The accuracy of the milling and the arches & keystones makes their installation easy.
Unexpected additional items were metal ground stakes which attach to the posts, and is extremely helpful.
Assembly instructions are clear & straightforward.
Delivery was quicker than promised, and price matched other arbors of much lesser quality.
My husband is a carpenter, and our installation was custom because we increased the width of the arch.
He had done this before on the same product, but from a different manufacturer.
NE Arbors product was easier to customize because they have split arch pieces and pre drilled holes and quality hardware as well as all the other quality components noted.
I definitely recommend this, and plan on buying more!

Quality Unit - Mine was received in great condition. looks great.

The first one was crushed and the box was very badly damaged. We didn't even take it out of the box just put a lot of tape on it. UNBELIEVABLE The second one was shipped in the box the first one was. I recognized it by the huge amount of tape we used. The box was literally falling apart. We didn't even have to open the box to take pieces out,they just slipped between the holes in the box. The product was falling apart. The craftsmanship (or total lack of it) was as shoddy as it gets.Their joints were cracked and uneven,the hardware was of the lowest quality available. The fasteners were uneven and nothing was countersunk. The wood used in the construction felt as if it was partially decayed. The screws could be pulled out with ones fingers,leaving this soft sort of mushy pulp type product on the threads.It is obvious that Amazon does not check for quality before allowing a product to be sold through them.The Amount of tape we used to secure the packaging was probably worth more than the product itself.

Decent quality for the price and it wasn't all that difficult to assemble. Knocked 1 star off because some of the pieces don't fit together snugly
