I'm an experienced woodworker and these plans produce a chair that sits too far forward on the rockers. The legs should have been mounted about 1" closer to the rear of the rockers.

Made this as a gift for my wife when she was pregnant with our daughter. Neat piece. If I was to build another one, I would curve the back of the chair so it would be more form fitting and scoop and shape the seat. Makes a really nice gift but it does take up a lot of floor space.
