I bought this as an alternative to buying the name brand bagger from Sears for almost double the price. Same bagger, excellent quality. No need to by Craftsman when Husqvarna is the same thing - Husqvarna makes a lot of the Craftsman tractors and their parts.

Works great except for a couple things. It is very easy to assemble and has worked great for me. The only things I would change is that it needs to have an easier way of cleaning out a clog of heavy grass near the deck ( small door perhaps) Also, the rubber strap hold the front to the deck is right where the discharge chute comes down and it cuts into the rubber strap. So make sure you order replacements of those or remove the chute.

This grass catcher attachment arrived quickly and was very easy to install. It works well and the capacity is large with the three removable canvas/fabric bags/receptacles. As many have noted, it works best if you don't cut the lawn when it is wet or damp. For me, this unit is performing better than many of the negative reviews have suggested it might. At first I thought I might be better off with hard plastic receptacles, but I have found that the ones that arrived have some advantages when dumping the waste into larger containers or plastic bags. They conveniently include handles on the bottoms to assist in that task.

If you've paid the money for a 54 inch mower, you owe it to your self to get this bagger. I no longer dread having to rake leaves. And unlike the 2 bin bagger I have for a smaller mower, this one hasn't clogged up once, even while mowing at a pretty fast pace.
