The 3M filters I typically purchase fit nice and snug and these are really about 19X24X3

I purchased about 6 months ago so I'd always have a supply. I just opened them today and a very inferior product. The size of my units hold 20X25X4. The 3M filters I typically purchase fit nice and snug and these are really about 19X24X3.5 so lots of extra room. The manufacturing cost can't be that much to actual make these the size advertised. I just wasted $64 dollars, but lesson learned...cheap is cheap.
Much smaller than competitor sizes.

Does not properly fit a spacegard 2200 filter housing. Nominal measurements are much undersized to seal properly.
I was able to use some sticky back foam tape (like you'd use to seal around truck caps, storm doors, etc) to make them fit. But using nearly half a roll of $8 tape negates the savings you get by buying these cheaper filters.
Quality seems fine, they're just too small.

Good price and quality for a bulk pack of filters. We moved into a new house recently and with all of the dust from new construction, wanted to be able to change the filters frequently for the first few months to help get rid of all of the dust. These filters were reasonably price for a bulk pack and are well made.
Very Happy with this purchase.

Item came promptly as promised with 6 filters in the box. My heating and air conditioner service guy charges around $25.00 for one filter, so was glad to find the exact same item on Amazon for much less. Easy installation, just pulled out the old and put in the new. There are 6 in a case and need to be changed yearly, or more often with extended use, so be prepared to store a very large box with the remaining filters.

Purchased to replace filter in our new construction home. Went to the big box stores and all of them sold 20x25x4 that were actually larger than the stated size and of course they place the actual dimensions in the hardest to find locations possible!
After reading the reviews i was a little skeptical but thought it was worth the risk given the low cost and quantity sold. I was not disappointed! Delivery came in a large box containing ALL 6 filters (not individually packaged fyi) stacked side by side. I was also concerned about the structural integrity of the filters themselves and thought that the manufacturer may have cut corners to lower the cost. That was certainly not the case. The filters are an exact replacement for the stock filter that came with my new unit. I would absolutely suggest giving these a shot. Make sure and physically measure the space in you unit to get actual dimensions or measure the filter currently in the unit. Also, please be aware that you will need to store the remaining unused filters somewhere. If you have limited space, this may become an issue.
