I have tried many sugar free products and these are the best. The taste, ingredients, and how well they work are why I repurchase these all the time. I have a hard time keeping hydrated and I get "cotton mouth" really bad. Plus, I cannot have sugar products and these take care of all my needs. I keep a few in my purse and If I go too long without water, I can get by a little longer with one of these. Great for speaking events or stuck in a meeting, having to talk a lot.

The lozenges really keep your moth moist. However I cannot taste any orange flavoring at all, but as long as they help with my dry mouth that is enough for me. Thanks for making them and having them available. Never have seen any in the store like these.

I sometimes wake up with a dry throat and these lozenges take care of that. They give a nice burst of flavor and get things back to normal quickly. I also like to use them when it's essential to have pleasant breath. They work much better than any breath mint and wake up your mouth.

I have Sjoghrens, which has sent me on a quest for if not the perfect dry mouth lozenge, at least one that was tolerable.
This one BURNED the instant I put it into my mouth. I waited a couple of minutes, thinking it would pass, but no such luck. I got rid of it, and the quest goes on.
They are individually wrapped, and an 'Add-on' item, which is always nice, but given the burning sensation and flat Antacid taste, I'll pass because they are better ones out there.
