Can't get one undamaged

The cutout (Harry, Hermione, and Ron) itself is fine, if a bit pricey, but they could not get me one that was not damaged. The boxes showed no signs of damage, and they all had the same damage in the same place, as well as other random damage. It looked like they cinched a stack of these folded cutouts really tight, and it ruined the fold seam. Additionally, some had vertical creases, edge delamination, and one had a large dent that broke the surface. I bought and returned four of these to try to get a good one, and they failed. The packaging, by the way, was undamaged. How can they even ship this stuff, when it's clearly already damaged?
