Pretty sure these add quite a bit of additional lower frequencies when I ride my Harley. It's hard to tell; but I'd say they are worth it.. I plugged them into the Big Ultra kit from Hogtunes.. Factory amp to new rear trunk speakers, Big Ultra amp to fairing speakers and these guys. Pretty satisfied i'd say.
