The seat cover makes a lot of difference. In both comfort and cleanliness. Our son has accidents sometimes and just the other day when we had one I instantly removed the cover and washed it. Thanks to it the chair itself remained clean. It is definitely worth it and i am really glad we bought it. I trully recommend anyone who buys the Maclaren Major Elite to take the seat liner also.
