Great looking, just not as comfortable

Having had a mustang seat before we were used to ultimate comfort. This seat looks fantastic but does lack comfort if you enjoy long rides.

I have a harley sportster 1200 v 2012 and this quality seat fit perfectly and now I feel I am a part of the bike as it drops one down about an inch and back about a inch or more, enabling me to stretch my legs better on the forward controls. Quality base with thick rubber grommets to prevent any vibration against metal, and it fit like a glove. Perfect simple installation. The grommet and clip was a real plus. Installation less than 3 minutes. I am sold on this company now. My first mustang seat. The harley seat made me feel I was riding on the handlebars, no lumbar support and made cheap with a cheap base and slippery material seating . The Mustang grips you in the seat and I love that. No more sliding back on takeoff. Mustang is the best.

FYI, this seat does indeed fit the XL1200CX, Roadster. Got it delivered in less than a week, and it fits beautifully.. The ride is very different from the stock Roadster 2-up seat. The added reach allows me to put my feet down, behind the footpegs, as opposed to directly over the top of them. Install was very simple, and I got the passenger pillion to match. Looks terrific on the bike!
