I hate this product. Scanning is horrendous. Trying to scan 1 page of a document to PDF format took around 10-12 times. I keep getting the error light coming on. A couple of time, the error light came on and I only moved down the page 1 inch. Thank god I have my bed scanner. Magic Wand nothing. This product should be called, Blind Magic Wand. Don't buy it. The product is so bad, I bit the bullet and destroyed it. Something like this should never exist in our world.
