Good for Kombucha

This is sugar. What's not too like? This is a little coarser in texture than Florida Crystals which I've used before, but for me, that's okay. If I need fine sugar, or confectioners sugar I can give it a couple of pulses in the Vitamix. But so far that has not been necessary. Dissolves well.

I love this sugar! It is evaporated cane juice sugar, in case you are wondering if organic sugar and evaporated cane juice are different. It states both terms on the label. It dissolves much easier than another brand of evaporated cane juice I used in the past.
