Problem with my order but fantastic product

There was a problem with my order. I would love to have given it 5 stars, and I still have it 4 because I know purell works and is a fantastic product. My problem was that about 1/2 of the products had the caps not screwed on tight and so leaked varying amounts of sanitizer all over the inside of the container and other bottles. As such I lost about a total of 6 full bottles worth of sanitizer over they total of all bottles in the container. So I don't know if this was because of the bottles not being fully sealed in the initial packaging or because the area where they were stored was to hot causing them to burst as there was clear leakage from the cap of the bottle which were not screwed tight, both in where the cap screws on and at the flip lid on the cap. Either way I am disappointed in not getting my full order due to some what is defect.
As I work in a hospital setting I use hand sanitizer religiously and prefer purell as it is effective and doesn't leave some weirded slimy film ony hands like other competing brands can. And I was very happy to be able to purchase this when I could even with the shortage and difficulty finding it.
To purell keep doing what you do you have a fantastic product. You might just check on to borrowing.and dealing lines and make sure.all your products are.sealing as they should be.
