Not for crossbows with any degree of velocity. Arrows will penetrate to fletching at 50 yds. Better use would be for darts. Spend your money on a better target. Disappointed

As a new archer this is the only target I've ever used but it appears well made and after around 200 or so shots it doesn't have any issues. Should keep going for many more. It will most-likely take you two hands to remove the arrows but once you get them moving slightly they get much easier to remove the rest of the way.

This target does a great job! My Bear Agenda 6, with my setup, sends an arrow at 300FPS with a 450 grain arrow. The arrow goes out the back side about an inch or so. Safe for indoor shooting!
