This is an absolutely great batter mix. Excellent spice mixture in the batter with a nice touch of heat (subtle but noticeable). Fries with a nice crust but not a thick batter. Batter consists of yellow corn flour, yellow corn meal, wheat flour and spices. I will say the price plus shipping here is outrageous. Actually ran across this at my local butchers much cheaper. But this stuff is GREAT!
