Use smaller, lighter candies and it works well.

Put some tape over the speaker to decrease the volume. Use small candies that are not heavy. It seems cheap but it really does work. My kids dig it.

The knobs broke the moment we unpackaged it from the box. Not because of packaging. It's just crap!
Its poorly designed. The coin slot sensor is defective and does not sense the coins and the chain tangles in the motor.
My child and I were so disappointed. This could be a great toy if they put a little thought in design.

Not great picking up small candy or lollipops and virtually impossible ...

Not great picking up small candy or lollipops and virtually impossible trying to grab ring pops, but it picks up rubber duckies perfectly. If it wasn't for the obnoxious music, my son wouldn't put this down. He really does love this thing. If it contained an on/off setting for the music, I might love it, too.

Purchased for my grandchildren ages 5 & 7. They love it! Had a problem with the first machine but after emailing the company, they replaced the unit. I was impressed with their customer service! Kids are enjoying! Great purchase. And, thanks to the company for standing behind their product.
