Distilled water is the best you can drink
Aunt Kathy•May 23, 2018
Distilled water is the best. This is a pretty cheap unit if you compare it to filters and it pays for itself in about a year. I typically get 3 years out of a unit and I figured it costs about 20 cents or so for a gallon of water.
When it gets gunky I pour white vinegar in it and fill the rest with water and let it boil with the lid off for about 20 minutes and then let it sit all day. It sweeps away all the scale and then its ready to use.
Tap water and filtered water is not good. And don't let anyone give you a hard time about distilled water rotting your teeth. That's bull and there's been zero peer reviewed studies to back up those claims. I'm not going to get into semantics, but distilled water will sweep minerals out of your blood, but they were waste anyway. And if anyone says that the water is too empty and has no minerals, you're not supposed to get your minerals from water. You get it from food and you assimilate it in your body.
I've been drinking distillled water for 5 years now and I have perfect teeth.

It works, seriously works…
Keibbler•June 8, 2017
I used basic water test strips and a part per million test and this is been the cleanest compared to any other method to the point of less than .o2 ppm. Yes it does use electricity, but for pure zero contamination water this is the best I found. I wasn't happy with Berkly.

One of the best, healthiest purchases we have ever made
S Cicardo•September 20, 2016
One of the best, healthiest purchases we have ever made. I looked for a long time for a distiller, but didn't know how to find what I needed. When I found this, I knew this was it. I really wanted to buy the same model with a glass decanter but I knew it would be extremely heavy and I knew I would probably break it and a replacement is about $50. I finally realized the water would not even be in there for 24 hours so I settled for this BPA-free Plastic and glad that I did. I'm amazed at the crude this pulls out of our water!
