This product seems intended to help swimmers improve the strength of their stroke, as it suspends the legs without requiring a great deal of kicking. My kick is very weak, so it helps me progress without the usual struggle against the drag I would otherwise endure. I intend to order another set to help with my chin lift while trying to improve my kick with a kickboard.
