This sifter saves sooo much time! I'm completely satisfied with this purchase!

This sifter is perfect for any size baking project. The easy use is great for people who bake on a large scale and for people that want to make a small batch as well. I find myself looking for things to sift.

Great gadget. My husband makes pancakes for breakfast, from scratch, when our granddaughter spends the night. This sifter makes it more fun for the 2 of them! Works eelland is easy to clean.

This is by far the best flour sifter that I've ever used. It sifted like 3 cups of flour in less than a minute. Made baking a breeze. I ordered another one for my aunt who bakes all the time and she loves is also.

Many years ago, can't remember year but possibly in the 1990's, I purchased a battery operated shifter which had 3 (not 1) screen that the flour passed through. For years I have been looking for the battery opperated shifters and 2 years go I found one on-line at Targets, but it too had only one screen. This was a gift and am sure the recipient had no knowledge of the previous one I had.

After all these years, the handle broke off and I can use it but preferred to get a new one, hopefully with the 3 screens (I use this word as I'm not sure what you would call them). Again, no success with all the department stores in our area, plus Bed Bed and Beyond and other well known stores. No one had them including Target on-line. I finally tried Amazon and decided to buy, sight unseen, because you did not specify there was only one screen to sift through. I did try it an it is satisfactory but my preference is still 3 because some recipes call for flour to be sifted three times.

I received the sifter before the schedled time and appreiated that very much. However, as you can guess, I do not like buying products that I cannot see and prefer to see the actual item in everything I buy.
