Iron X had been sitting unopened on my garage shelf for the past several weeks so I decided to give a try on my neglected wheels this past weekend. Holy cow!!! This stuff is amazing!!! Years of brake dust and road gunk were washed away before my eyes. I tried various off-the-shelf products over the years, from Meguiar's to Eagle One to Goo Gone, etc, but nothing worked well at removing the accumulated brake dust.

My wife's car needed only 1 application to remove most of the residue. My wheels were exceptionally bad (see picture) so it took 4 applications. Spray on, leave for about 5 minutes, and scrub away. I have about 25% of the bottle remaining so I'd estimate 500 ml could last approximately 8-10 applications depending on how trigger happy you are. Buy Iron X.....it works!

Bought this to compliment my claypads. This works to remove surface contaminants from automotive clear. Removing surface contaminants helps brighten your paint and is a must before polishing. Best if used in shade and not under direct sunlight. Use in well ventilated area as the smell is strong. Cherry scent? Dont smell it. Use plenty of water to rinse off. Will stain cement purple if not removed. The sprayer is difficult to use. I swapped mines. Overall love the product. I am a repeat customer familiar with iron x.

This thing actually works!
Bought it with some skepticism, but it turns out this thing turns any rag into a clay bar, and it works great!
Used it as part of my car wash routine, and it got rid of most if not all of the rust and contaminants in my car's paint, without doing any damage to the actual paint, which is great!
It makes the contaminants bleed purple which makes it very easy to identify which areas need some extra attention.

It does require a few sprays, a few attempts, and a lot of elbow grease to get the rust off your car, but it definitely works!
had to take away a star because once you open this, it will definitely reek. DO NOT leave it in your car no matter what. Even keeping this thing sealed in 3 layers of Ziploc freezer bags couldn't contain the smell. Using it outdoors smelled up our neighborhood for at least an hour.

It was ok, Hard to spray down a whole car with just the spray bottle. One should add it to a sprayer for efficiency. Product did what it said removed irons and what not. The car did not bleed out like all the videos and pictures i have seen it got pink and some areas had darker fluid come out. The car is regularly cared for so i guess i could not expect a big reaction. After the iron x wash i could tell it removed any old wax the car still had. I am still in the clay bar 5050 ipa spray before i cquartz uk.

Product worked like it was supposed to. Had some iron spots on my white Chevy equinox washed the car and sprayed this on the paint and wheels washed the car again paint looks awesome and the wheels look good too. Will buy again only bad thing is the smell. It stinks like burnt hair.
