A necessary instrument

I have owned one of these for 45 years (just marked EREM 5 stainless steel) and have removed countless splinters, cactus spines, metal shavings, ticks etc. from myself and others. You also need a good jewelers loupe to use it properly. My tweezer is just starting to show some signs of wear so I am ordering a backup. I depend on it!
It's worth the cost.
