Tightened mine a little to tight and put a hairline crack in it. Ordered this replacement. Fixed the leak and works like a champ
Have a Culligan Water Filter?

I ordered the new Housing (recommended for replacement after 10 years), and the O-Ring (equally aged). Both are exactly as described, and will fit perfectly. If you have a Culligan water filter for your home, consider this. Also, use only the Culligan cartridges. Some other brands contain carbon granules that can break out and pass through your water pipes for days before clearing out. (I gave this 4 stars because I have not yet installed the housing and O-Ring, but will do so in a few weeks.)

I was looking for a sump that would make changing filter easier on our whole house system. This is an exact match. Mo more trying to clean the sump without water. Should make changing much simpler
