Its not a winter in the snow kind of boot sock. Its a cowboy boot sock that stays in place. I NEVER have to adjust these. When I put them on in the morning they stay in place thru the rest of the day. Very comfortable. Not made for being outside in freezing weather all day, but even in cool to cold weather these will keep you nice and warm, comfortable and stay in place. I have a few different brands of boot socks and these are hands down the best.

Just replaced the 8 pair I bought in August of 2019. Definitely the longest lasting socks I've found other than maybe some thin nylon dress socks I used to get but can't find anymore. These are way thicker and more comfortable. They also stay up. Even after at least 60 washings, and the heels getting thin they have never fallen down and my legs are not large. The size 9 socks also fit my feet (Shoe size 8.5) better than any others I've had. Hope they are still available when this batch wears out.

These socks are great especially wearing with cowboy boots. As I get older my feet have seen a lot of abuse and wearing cowboy boots that don't have an insole can become uncomfortable to wear after long periods of time. Athletic socks don't even help. But these socks with the added cushion, compression in the heel and arch and the added compression of the sock shaft/ calf area also helps.... I highly recommend these socks. Only down side is that they are a little warmer than other socks but for walking comfort is more important.
