Much better items aare available

This item is poorly made. Rough cuts on the ends, sloppy riveting, sloppy hole drilling and end rings that are not on the same plane. The item is not orange rather a burnt sienna color that would not stand out as safety items usually require. The rings are too large for the cones and they slide down until they cover the lower reflective tape area on standard 28" cones thus blocking their effectiveness. An absolute minimum of reflective tape is used on the bar. I will spray this with fluorescent orange paint, put on extra reflective tap and align the ends. The only good part about this item is the price.

Not retractable...no rings included...not 96"....no reflector tape.

We do construction work at a local community college and bought these after seeing some that the college had. These are perfect quick, temporary pedestrian barriers and work well as designed.
