I love this fry pan! I bought this pan for use with induction cooktop . I was pleasantly surprised with this product. heat distribution was exceptional , the cleanup was effortless ,and the no stick coating was amazing! As for scratch resistance goes . I have not used it enough yet but feel it will be great as the pan is just wonderful . I may order anther one for our vacation home!
