Though I expected a difference I felt like I had to stand on the keys to get ...
Christina Wible•July 13, 2017
I purchased this keyboard because of it's promise of 61 regular sized keys and portability. I guess you get what you pay for. The "keys" are sticky and frequently produce a stuttering sound. If you are used to a regular piano touch or even an electronic keyboard touch this isn't it. Though I expected a difference I felt like I had to stand on the keys to get them to work and that would precipitate the stutter. Additionally, if you expect to play more than two keys at once and have any ear for music at all you are out of luck. I played middle c and the next e together and it was (relatively) ok. Add the next c and e up and the whole thing went minor and dissonant. If you are buying this for a child it will only discourage them so don't. If you are buying it for yourself, well you have been warned. Returned the item.
Grand Piano setting as listed sounds like a bad squeeky dog toy

Grand Piano setting as listed sounds like a bad squeeky dog toy. Good idea for a travel piano but an awful if not terrible production. Waist of plastic in my opinion.
Its good for what it is

Its good for what it is. if you want to be able to practice but are some where you cant have your keyboard its ok. its good if you dont mind practicing slow or you are just starting to learn a song and dont mind slow tempo. Cant really go fast on it other ways it wont catch the note. Its convenient but not amazing.
Perfect for travel

I'll be going overseas for a few months and want to keep up with my piano practice. I considered borrowing an electronic keyboard and shipping it ahead of me. But, I saw this and thought what the heck, for $42 I'll try it.This device makes piano like sounds and the keys are close enough to in-tune for my purposes. It'll take up less space in my luggage than a pair of rolled up jeans. This is a novelty item and I would only recommend it for niche applications; such as where size and portability are paramount. Other wise you'd be better off with an inexpensive regular keyboard. The tactile response on this 2D keyboard is not even close to a real keyboard (it's actually pretty horrible).
If your expectations are reasonable (i.e. don't expect a piano for $42) and you have the right application in mind, you may be satisfied.

Easy Way to Learn Basic Piano without Major Expense
C. Miller•March 20, 2015
This is a fun way to learn music without a piano taking so much space in the room. Practicing every day and visitors even like trying it out. Has some fun beats to help my simple skills along.
