Protects the tops... but not very convenient.
John SAugust 31, 2017
As others have mentioned, this bag is HUGE. I don't particularly like how the two tops are separated in the bag. I would rather have two separate zipper sections, but it protects the tops as expected. For short runs though I tend to place one top in the bag and the other on top. It also barely fits in the rear of the Jeep (I have the sub that cuts into the cargo area).
Good padding, poor construction

I bought this in April this year for my new (to me) 2012 JK 2dr Rubicon. The panels fit well and are well padded. The fit was tight in the back with the rear seat up. If you overlay the cutouts in both panels you can squeeze the right lower corner over the subwoofer. The bag is large so it nearly obstructs the entire rear view. With the rear seat folded it can lie flat.

So I've used it maybe 6 times. I was pulling it out to put my panels back on a couple of weeks ago. One entire seam came apart on the side with the carry handle, opposite of the zipper. Rampage's customer service is actually Lund International whose recording asks you to leave a message. I got through to a human today. She said to send pics and contact info to them and Rampage will replace.

We'll see. I'm not sure I will use a new one anyway. Probably put it on CL. The $20 or so that I saved compared to the Mopar product was not worth it. The Mopar bag is designed to fit behind the rear seats without obstructing the view. Would not recommend.
Great Carrier for my JK Tops
DSmithMay 20, 2017
This freedom top is exactly what I needed for my jeep sun tops. The size is great to fit into the back of my JK and allows me the freedom to put items on top of them or easily move them indoors if I want. However, my cooler leaked (plug came loose) and when the carrier underneath it got wet, it created a strong chemical smell similar to acetone & burning rubber. At first, I thought something mechanical was going on with my jeep until I checked everything out and discovered it was the bag. Did I smell the chemical smell when I opened the package? No. Only when it got wet. I would suggest hosing it down with soapy water first and allowing it to air dry in the sun. I plan to do that with mine and hope it works. OR....make sure it doesn't get wet. I would have given 5 stars if not for the smell but it's perfect other than that.
The Perfect Bag at a GREAT price!

This is the perfect bag for your Jeep T-Tops! Well constructed. All you have to do is lay one T=Top top down, cover it with the four cloth covers that are sewn in than then lay the next T-top bottom side down (so the two bottom side are touching but separated by the sewn in pieces of cloth) and then zip it shut!

I liked this bag so much I purchased a second one for my half-windows to go in ... works perfectly for them as I can get all four in one bag!

Highly recommend!
This is the one

Tough call to make for the precious tops of your new jeep. If you have painted tops this is the case you need. It will fit in the back of the jk even with the subwoofer. But it will take all of your back area and you may not want to put anything on top. So needless to say it is cumbersome and best left at home protecting the tops. If you leave them at home make sure it is not going to rain. In short if your are looking to store your jk tops this is the best built you will find.
