Item came mostly as described except for how small it was made. I am 32inch waist and it still fits very snug on me? It does not fit very comfortabl but, it is what it is.

Purchased for my husband who likes to use it pre/post bath or shower. There is 1 major design flaw which is that unless you are built so small as to overlap the entire length of velcro strip (which is quite long, to make it "1 size fits all") the remaining exposed velcro digs into your skin in a most uncomfortable fashion. He overcomes this by just wearing the thing backwards, which works although it means the outside pocket is on the inside and totally useless. We did not return but would not recommend or purchase again.

Supposed to be 1-size fits all, but I'm a 38" waist and it's tight. Product description said it had buttons, but mine is Velcro and the Velcro is scratchy.
