This is an excellent product for keeping your handguns and rifles in top working condition. There are two versions; this version is a non-aerosol version which is my favorite. The aerosol version works just fine as it is the same product, however I find the aerosol version to be quite messy and I have experienced failures in the aerosol can that allows air to escape thereby leaving a quantity of product inside the can which cannot be used. I highly recommend this non aerosol version.
Love the all-in-one cleaner and lube aspect.

Works well but I can't say that it's the top of the line or best cleaner out there. I feel that the liquid may be a bit thick to get into groves of a barrels (unlike Hoppe's No. 9, which a thinner liquid). Overall, it does pick up dirt with my bore-snake and I could tell that after the first past, my bore is clean and the snake runs thru the bore a lot easier. I do like the combination of using it as a cleaner and lube as an all-in-one pass then just wipe it down. Definitely a must have for range/field cleaning (quick and easy without the mess).

Smells nothing like military CLP (actually a good thing for me, I hate the smell of CLP) but in a watered down way so a little loss in confidence. I don't use it to clean but to put a little coat on after a cleaning and maybe on the BCG halfway through the day if the day gets long. So I'm not really using it for the C, but for the L and P, seems to be fine.

Break free is the best!! I was an armorer in the military for over 4 years and responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of numerous assorted weapons which consisted of 50 cal., M240's, Shotguns, 45's and M-16's. We used Break Free to get rid of all of the grit and grime that each of the weapons had picked up after having been exposed to the elements while being in the field for weeks. It also did an excellent job removing powder residue after having sent a lot of rounds down range while keeping the weapons well lubricated. Even though I am no longer in the military and currently in Law Enforcement, I still use this today to keep all of my firearms clean. I highly recommend this product.

This cleaner did a great job at cleaning up my neglected gun. All the dust and guck came off easily using this cleaner. It can get a bit messy so have all your cleaning equipments ready when using this. I'm very happy with this product. Hopefully the shelf life is infinite as I don't know when I'll be able to finish the whole bottle.
