These are delicious - large, meaty, tender - I've ordered many times. I soak them overnight or for a few hours - then boil until tender (45min-an hour). Remember not to add salt to your beans until they're tender - the salt will keep them tough if added too soon! I use them in soups, in bean salads with EVO, lemon, diced red onion, dijon - whatever spices float your boat.
