Haven't started using these plans, I'm waiting for better weather in backyard shop. Upon reading the plans through twice, I think I'll be able to build this chest with some effort, since my wood working skills are in the initial stages. The details in the plans seem to cover the important issues I'll encounter during the building process.

My husband has already started making this piece. The diagrams and instructions are laid out very, very well. He has made one of these before; but it has been awhile. So far, he has had no problems and states the instructions are very good. Very detailed. He calls it not work; but playing. I would recommend these instructions to anyone who has the knowledge of working with wood.
