FIRST UNIT HAD MISSING PARTS, REPLACEMENT UNIT WAS INSTALLED 08-14-18, PLUGED 2 KNOWN GOOD WORKING ITEMS, THEY DID NOT WORK GFI OUTLET DID NOT WORK, PRESSED RESET AND WOULD NOT RESET, NEEDED TO BUY A $24.00 20 AMP GFI. DIDN'T SAVE ANY MONEY ON THIS PURCHASE!

Too many loose pieces! The captive channel to hold the terminal block in the box is not sufficient to keep it in place. The terminal block has a base, a cover, and then the individual terminals that are only held in place when the cover is securely pressed against the base. The manufacturer tried to use a slotted box to hold everything together, but it just does not work. After struggling with it for longer than I should have, I had to install two self drilling screws to hold the terminal cover in place so the terminals wouldn't fall out. I will not be getting another one of these for any future jobs.

Unfortunately, as other buyers have noted, this is useless as it doesn't include the pull disconnect. I'd avoid it for now.
