Just waist I needed. Quality was better than I expected.

It fit my purpose great and I am going to order another one.

I put this across numerous pants I wear seldom, to keep dust from accumulating. And keeps them separate from the clothes I wear frequentl6.

This is simple to place on the rack and is a good quality. This will be good to help keep dust and cob webs off some of my clothing in storage. I have an older-style metal rack on wheels that has a shelf above and a center divider and this works to cover the portion where I have my jackets and nicer clothing. I would need two to cover the entire rack since the rack is probably six feet wide, but I only needed half that size covered so this works well. The tie straps were sturdy enough to tie at the end post and the center post to keep the cover in place although I'm pretty sure it would stay in place if those were not tied. There's a slit on one side near the middle where I can access the clothing underneath without removing or lifting up the whole cover. I thought that was very practical. I'm happy with this product and would purchase again if I need something like this in the future.

When I initially bought them, I didnt think to factor in that I didn't have a regular closet rod and instead had shelving units that also doubled as a closet rod. Granted, it helps me keep my shoe boxes not on the ground but if only I paid closer attention.

Of course not the fault of the products but with a little arts and crafts I was able to cut holes out where it needed to slip between the brackets, so of course it is not perfect since there are gaps on the back side but at least somewhat fits on my rod.

The vinyl is very thin but I think that's a good thing since it allowed me to cut easily

This is by far not the prettiest thing to get but if you have an extensive wardrobe like me it allows the ability to protect your clothes from dust. It drapes far enough down for me.

Personally I only see dust on the hanger portion on my clothes so it could have been half as long and still do what I need it to do, and mind you 99% of my wardrobe is black so I definitely would see the dust.

Rating is 4 because you can customize it and cut it to fit your closet for the majority of issues, one star less since the tying system is weird and one of the ties broke off (nothing a little stapler couldn't fix though!)

I mean for this price it's really reasonable and I'd have had to spend probably hundreds for other shoulder dust cover methods since most others are for individual hangers.
