Best baby rash ointment! When I first brought home my baby boy, he had gotten a diaper rash. While his skin was adjusting to his new environment, we went through a bunch of this ointment. It cleared his skin right up! I then used it to protect his little behind. Now I use it as needed. Great product. Worth every penny.

I'm not normally one who is beholden to name brands, however, Desitin makes it absolutely worthwhile! This maximum strength version clears my daughter's diaper rashes the fastest. I also like how the cream is thick, but not difficult to apply. It keeps the moisture off her bum really well.

We only use Desitin now. My little one has sensitive skin and seems to always have some type of diaper rash irritation. Beside prescription ointments, we use Desitin. Since bringing my child home from the hospital, we have tried many different diaper rash creams (Burt's Bees, Butt Paste, Medline Remedy) but keep coming back to Desitin because it works the best for him. We highly recommend this product!

I use this extra strength cream on my baby at night, when she spends more time with the same diaper. Also, I use it if I she she is a bit red in some areas and the relief is quick.
