Great for large dogs

Very thick, sturdy collar! Initially can be pretty stiff but I've only had it on my dog 3 days and it's already become much more pliable without becoming too flimsy or breaking apart. The studs and spikes seems fairly durable, we'll see how long they last. But so far so good! Would not recommend for a small breed dog though. Works great for my 50lb pitbull but I think it would be much to heavy and thick for a 15lb pomeranian.

This collar is thick and densely studded. I got it because my dogs chew each other's leather collars off. I was paying between 20 and 30 dollars for each. I had 6 dogs (down to 4 now). It was quite expensive replacing at least one collar every month. It has stood up to the play and the dogs can't chew it due to the studs.

I originally bought this collar to deter my mother's dog from biting mine around her neck or collar. He's gotten his mouth caught and twisted in both of my dogs' nylon collars before and could have seriously hurt them, so this was worth a try.
Not only is this collar thick enough that twisting it would be difficult if not damn near impossible, but the studs have definitely held up enough for him to get a mouth full of them and regret that decision.
On top of the function of the collar it just looks really cool and is a fantastic price. I've had it for about 2 weeks now, and it's held up well. Mine only wear it outside and for walks. It might not hold up very well to continual wear and tear, but was perfect for my purposes and would be great as a special occasion collar.

For the price this is a great collar. Not only does it look "mean" ( as mean as pink gets!) it offers the dog a nice layer of protection. I'm not very worried about my dog getting her neck bitten while at the dog park. I have to take it off my dog to wrestle her. 50 lbs swinging behind this thing hurts. I do use a harness for the leash, so I can not comment on how well it holds up to being pulled on constantly.
