Massive and Moist

The diaper pail works miracles when it comes to containing smells, but isn't so great with moisture. The inside of the pail stays very damp and the inside of the lid is very moist whenever it's opened. Occasionally I forget and my fingers or hand will graze the inside of the lid... I have to stop myself from reflexively dropping it to the floor. I'm not sure if this has more to do with the pail, or with the liners I purchased for the pail, but I have to let it air out every time I wash a load of diapers. I love the size, but for the price I expected it to be a little more...perfect. The one I used before this didn't have a moisture problem, just a sizing one. It's why I think it has more to do with the pail than the liner. I would also like to know if it's possible to replace the charcoal, or if it's even needed.

Got this daiper pail to replace our dekor hands free pail and it's amazing. Came just as described and three weeks in it works well to contain any of the odor from my daughter's diapers. Would reccomend this diaper pail to anyone cloth diapering it's worth every penny and is very sturdy and gets the job done.

Excellent at odor control. One of my best investments ever! The house was actually 'stunk up' but with this odorless diaper pail- no smell! Love it. The size is a little odd, but the 13 gallon regular trash bag will fit if I stretch the sides/top of bag all around, being careful not to tear it. I recommend for parents with several diaper sized children, or for adult diapers, which is what I use it for as a disabled caregiver.

I resurched this item and it's not the item's fault it's the one I got. I will include photo what I got.. The photo showed or was cream I got white. I Opened The box to find a very dirty dusty missing parts pail. Whole on top where filter is to go with missing teddy cover. So it would just let out the smell. I knew something had to be wrong as it is 3 Inc wide and the smell would come right out. I only found out because I resurched what this should look like rather than what I got. Amazon has said will take it back. I paid $89. First two photos is what I got last one is what I should have gotten showing teddy on to where one I got has a whole.

Perfect size for 2 days worth for 2 kids in diapers. The top cracked near the handle after a short drop to the floor after having for about a year. Easy to clean and hilds the elastic large cloth pail liners perfectly.
