Me and the kids love these! They are good for snacks and even for a quick lunch on the go. They don't keep me full for a lunch but for a small kid, it's enough protein to keep them full for quite a while.

The Coconut Choco Chip are my favorite of this type of CLIF bar, along with the Macadamia Nut. Great taste and work well as a relatively healthy dessert. As such, I don't really consider these effective protein bars, as there isn't much protein and any energy derived is going to come primarily from the sugar. But take it for what it is.

This is my second favorite flavor to the chocolate chip. Super tasty, great for camping ad thru-hiking. Holds its shape in your pack and gives a substantial boost for when your energy is dipping.
