Same great flavor as always. Gotta love buying it in bulk. Saves a lot of money for how fast we go through this stuff.

It is soy sauce. What more need be said? I use soy sauce a lot, and buy it in bulk. They are all pricey, so decide if you really like the condiment. If you do, this will do fine.

I use soy sauce in my hot and sour soup that I make weekly... much better value than using in a small quantity...

Yes, even Kikkoman comes in a green label version that is lower salt, but the regular version is fine, and if you want it less salty than right out of the bottle for a sauce, just dilute it. I wanted a "final solution," gallon, because when I use it as part of a stir fry sauce, I never use less than 1/3 cup at a time, so those itty bitty 8 oz. bottles of whatever brand we can find at the grocery store are only good for four suppers. Soy sauce also goes into dipping sauces for spring rolls, summer rolls, potstickers, etc. I make a lot of Asian style food, so a good soy sauce is a staple.

It's a nice amount for a better bulk price at 22$ however the spout is wide and should be moved to smaller bottle the spout is way to wide
