Very good. Only one bad slide

Very good. Only one bad slide. Thank you.
This is a nice side set for a microscope

This is a nice side set for a microscope. I may come back and give it a 5 rating in a few months. Time will tell how the box holds up. (The box looks fine now; and it probably is. But want to wait before I swear the box is long lasting.)
very clear and educational

I ordered this for use in my biology classroom as a lightning deal. I was concerned that the quality would be sub par and the slides hard to see, but I worried for no reason. These slides are much better than the ones I've been using at school. They are very clear and easy to distinguish. I would order again if the slides were different.
WYSIWYG

What you get is exactly the picture shown on Amazon: a nice neat wooden box (smaller than a cigar box) with the slides numbered in sequential order, with a piece of paper - shown in the inside lid - briefly listing what is on each slide. No book, pamphlet, or any guide explaining to the amateur scientist (or student) what it is you are looking at, why it looks the way it does, what the component parts visible in a microscope are for each slide, or why what you see in the slide looks that way because of its function. i hope there is such a guide somewhere here on the web.
Awesome

These specimens are very cool. If you are getting your first scope, they will help you hit the ground running. There is a great variety in this set.
