I seldom leave reviews, but I feel it's necessary to warn others who are trying to achieve optimum health. This contains sucralose, which is an artificial sugar, that for ppl like me who have poor health, this can aggravate symptoms of digestive dysbiosis. The fake sugar splenda is made from this. I wish I had taken the time to fully read the ingredient list, but I was so anxious to get a good coq10 product, that I didn't fully read it.

I love these, but they contain the unsafe form of vitamin E. If you need to take more than one per day, get the one with the red label instead, as it doesn't have the added dl-vitamin E. It's unsafe for some people, and since there's no way to know until it's too late, don't take the risk. Qunol makes the other one that is safe. I am taking this for TTC, so I need 600mg per day. If You're TTC, get the red bottle, and take 6 per day spread out; and do 10 burpees every day no matter what. You will be amazed at the changes in your body in 1 month, 3 months. And by 3 months, all your eggs will have fresh new mitochondria "” the key to reducing trisomies after age 40. I have so much energy, it feels like the clock has turned back 20 years.
