Has Maltitol for sweetener, watch how much of it you eat otherwise be prepared to spend a lot of time in the bathroom! Great taste otherwise.

I enjoy a low carb lifestyle. I used to eat the atkins bars for a sweet treat until I started eating sugar free halva. I have a small piece of the halva and it is so delicious. Ever since eating this I can't go back to the atkins bars because I like the sugar free halva more. Also, it brings back memories of my grandfather who brought it to me when he visited from Brooklyn.
