The Perfect Kit For Your Camera Bag

I love this set! I've had a chance to play with everything and can find absolutely no flaws. For years I would accumulate lenses, filters, etc one by one, but there were a few things--like fisheye and wide angle lenses--that always seemed to elude me. They were always at the bottom of my wish list, but now that I have both I'm wondering how I made it this far without them! So whether you're a serious shutterbug or just starting out, this collection of accessories is a must-have. Highly recommended!
Not a true wide angle lense

I give this set a four start instead of five for two main reasons. 1. The hood is shaped smaller than it should be which causes it to be in the pictures you take while using it in it's extended position. 2. The wide angle lense is not much wider than a standard lense and creates a lot of blurring around the edges. A true professional wide angle lense is much better and worth the money if that is what you want from this package.
The filters and fish eye lenses and really the quality of the whole package is great but leaves something wanting with the hood and wide angle.

Ok so this kit is pretty awesome for the price. It isn't so much a PRO kit but for amateurs/beginners it is a great starter kit. Unfortunately, my camera doesn't support IR remote so I couldn't test that (Rebel T5) but everything else fit great, works, and lenses are pretty clear. I only gave this a 4 star rating instead of 5 because of 2 things:
1. the 2x lens is a rather lower quality than the rest. the actual optics are not precise and you can hear them move/shift a little as you attach it or shake the lens. It still works but the quality comes into question as to how long it will last and when an optic may fall out of placement.
2. the packaging of the item was awful. It basically everything was thrown into what looked like a trash back, rolled up, taped close, and thrown into a box with no padding. Several boxes were smashed but nothing inside was damaged except the 2x lens had paper smashed into the lens that took a little work to clean off. This may attribute to the issue in item 1.
Over all though, it works and like I said it is a great starter kit, especially for the price.

I'm new to the DSLR world of cameras and I purchased a used Canon EOS Rebel XT. It came with the 18-55 mm lens but I wanted to be able to do a lot more with the camera. Not sure going in what lenses to buy for this camera so I was planning to purchase them all separately, which would have cost a lot more in the long run.
