HELPS WITH COLDS AND FLU

On 2 different occasions I have taken this supplement along with reishi mushroom when I felt that I was going to get a cold at night right before going to sleep. I have awaken in one occasion with no cold synthoms and on the other with almost nothing compared to the night before, so it definetely fights viruses and increse the inmunological system. The taste is ok, its not very tasty, but not that bad either. I only take it because of the medicinal properties of Chaga, but wouldn't drink it just for the flavour. It is a super antioxidant and it is really hard to find a "real" supplement that is of good quality, compared to others capsules and extracts that don't have the necessary amount of mushroom and does nothing for you. I don't really feel a difference after taking it (for example: energy boost), but I believe that it helped me increse my inmunological system.
I add this to my coffee.

It has an earthy taste, so I drink it for the benefit. I am not sure yet if I can FEEL an effect, but it does seem to suppress my appetite for awhile although its not being marketed as an appetite suppressant. I will order some more and try using it every day.

when mixed with cream or bulletproof (ghee and mct oil) it tastes pretty good. Beware that there are small particles in the mix, especially as you get to the bottom of the cup. It doesn't bother me but if you don't like pulp or sediment in your drinks it may be an issue. We use this drink as coffee substitute on some days.
