Great little drill press because it preforms as advertised
ALFRED LESPERANCE•November 27, 2015
Great little drill press because it preforms as advertised, the chuck will hold a thread, no noticeable run out while drilling a .024 hole, good assortment of speeds and the feed lever is very sensitive.
came on time without a manual
dtstewart55•November 24, 2015
When it arrived it was packed well but did not come with a manual. It assembled fairly easily but it included 8 threaded pairs of metal parts that we have no idea what they may be used for. We thought they may be feet or something to hold parts but they seem to be parts from some other tool. I looked on line and there are pictures of everything that came except these threaded parts. The missing manual was a disappointment and we will save the mystery parts in case someone can figure out what purpose they serve.
great buy

I love this drill. The top part swivels no matter how tight i make it. I'm guessing its because the parts came pre greased/oiled. I didnt want to wipe the lubricant off and risk it rusting so i left it on. But i am still able to drill my sea shells with it.
The bottom piece that slides into the metal cylinder is supposed to have a nut and bolt to secure it together but it was missing that piece, i think. The directions did not mention using a nut and bolt to secure the two pieces together but i only guessed that it was missing a piece because theres an actual hole to place the screw or nut and bolt. If i life the drill press up the bottom metal plate will fall off onto my feet. So i leave it in one place for now.
