My husband and I dressed up as Carol and Phil from last man on earth for Halloween. My husband LOVES having a ghillie suit. He's literally only used it the one time but swears he'll go hunting in it. We used it to scare a neighbor at night and they didn't see him crouched down in the bushes right in front of the door, so I'd say it serves it's purpose in terms of stealth.
It does shed a lot. Everyone was walking around our party picking up the strings from it. It's also pretty thin and there's a lot of open spaces among the strings.
I'll update if he ever goes hunting in it, but I doubt that'll be happening.

So far it's ok, but we'll see after some field trials. When you take it out of the package, you MUST comb it out and unravel the bunched up threads to spread them out. Otherwise there will be a lot of bare spots. But once unraveled, it covers everything pretty well. The rifle cover isn't very covering, so I'd recommend buying a second one.

It's lightweight, but kind of hot to wear. I don't particularly like the bug net in front of the eyes; best to remove it and paint your face (which you should do regardless).

I'm gonna run some field trials with it and see how well it holds up. For a $45 ghillie suit I don't expect much, but I'll update this after field tests.

Okay I hate writing reviews but I'm gonna for people like me. I'm 6'2 300lbs and it fits comfortable. The button configurations should be a little better since the allowing 2 sizes in one.

How people are saying it has to many open spots also maybe just lazy cause when it come out of the bag you need to take ur time and work the treads which fill in the gaps. Not saying everyone is lazy, sometimes manufacturers mess up but not as many as people think.
These people they use for modeling is a joke cause not everyone who's buying these are built athletic looking people so maybe they should think about that as well. The rifle sleeve should be more to it for matting cause it's really slim when on.
I wish I could speak personally with the creator to help improve it a little better but for the price I'll but another one for a spare. Thanks for reading

This gillie suit is awsome, great for airsoft or paint ball, i got the acu coulor and i find that it hides me in most enviroments, the material is very light weight and breatheble and it is comfortable over the top of chest rigs and pouches ect, i purchased the medium large and i am 165 cm tall and i have a skinny build so i find this ghillie suit a bit baggy however the suit is very adjustable with elastic bands on the torso part and the sleves and troursers so i can fit it, and i expected this from the suit, i am very pleased with the quality and durability of this suit. also when you first by it, the strands are tangled together so it may
Look abit un impresive at first but you can just spend some time untangilling it to make it look just like the picture and also the strands fall out for the first few days of use but this is a very minor issue and does not affect the ghilie suit at all because they stop falling out and only a few fall out.
Overall i am really pleased with this suit and highly recomend it, the postage was fast and it was really simple to order all the way to new zealand.

Great for the price. The bag it comes with is a little smaller than I would like it to be though. Like some of the other reviews say, it does have some bald spots upon taking it out of the bag, but like any Ghillie suit it does require some fluffing after it has been shipped, and yes some of the strands do fall out but can be easily sewn back on, I did buy this for hunting here in Texas (hill country) and it does blend very well with the ash juniper (cedar) and blends very well out in the open as well. For the price you can go wrong, shipping was fast and accurate. The gun wrap is not the greatest and if you plan to use it with a shotgun or any other rifle that has quite a bit moving parts you might just want to toss is and go buy a camo tape. All in all I would have to say it was a good purchase. Light material/breathable. I ordered a xl/xxl Im 6"1 240 lbs athletic build and this fit me well enough to wear a base layer underneath!
